Facilities - Rentals
Dining and Meeting:
The Camp features a first-rate kitchen and dining hall, perfect for the summer program and for rentals during the off-season. This room features a large fireplace. A lodge room off the dining hall, called “The Extension,” has a large, beautiful fireplace that is perfect for groups of up to 35 people to meet and dine in the winter months.
Lodging:
The Camp has two lodges that can comfortably sleep 45 people. Each room has its own wood-burning stove and sleeps between two and four people. There are nine rooms in the PK Lodge and four rooms in the Callander Lodge. The Camp has other winterized sleeping accommodations – only a five-minute walk from these lodges. In the warmer months, May 1 to October 15, Camp has open-air cabins that can sleep up to 250 people.
Meeting Spaces:
We offer three separate indoor meeting areas, plus numerous locations to meet outdoors. For large groups, the big dining hall can be used between meals for meetings or lectures. During warmer weather, the amphitheater, baseball field, playfield and picnic area are each great meeting places.
Program Areas:
The challenge course (seven-element high ropes course, 600-foot zip line, climbing wall) is the highlight of our rental offerings. The course can be used in various ways to meet the needs of any rental group. See Rental Programs for more info.
The Camp also features the following: a baseball field and a second grass field are used for multiple purposes; basketball courts; a beautiful amphitheatre located under a canopy of redwoods; the Noyo River used for swimming and boating; numerous hiking trails and remote Campsites; a nature center; arts & crafts center; photography center; train dock and Discovery Depot.
