Family Camp is a program of Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF) and takes place at Camp Mendocino, a summer camp that BGCSF has owned and operated for 95 years. Family Camp gives families and their friends an opportunity to unplug, slow down, and experience the magic of summer camp.

Located 3.5 hours north of San Francisco and nestled in the beautiful redwoods of Mendocino County, Camp Mendocino is an amazing place to engage in outdoor exploration, classic camp activities, and time away from screens and packed schedules. Most exciting, everything is organized by staff—meals, lodging, and logistics are all handled, which makes it incredibly easy.

Through this wonderful opportunity, families get a true taste of what makes Camp Mendocino so special to so many people. Our hope is that Family Camp at Camp Mendocino becomes an annual tradition that everyone in your group looks forward to all year long.

Although the system requires pricing to be entered on a per-person basis, our rates are calculated based on a family of four. The listed price reflects the full family rate and is not adjusted for families with fewer than four members. Families with more than four members will be charged an additional per-person fee for each member beyond four.
